Overview

Grey's Cabin sits at the top of a hill in a small tract of cabins in the mountains. The road down from the cabin looks out over Georgetown Lake. This Montana vacation home is a two bedroom, one bath home with a kitchen and combined dining and living area. A beautiful tiled hearth housing a gas fireplace is the main highlight in the living room. The house has a wrap around deck on three sides overlooking the forested property. Georgetown Lake, a restaurant and bar, and marina are all within walking distance. Forest Service land is accessible just a quarter of a mile away for hiking, snowmobiling, or four-wheeling. Discovery Ski Area is within 10 miles. This is a cozy and comfortable vacation home rental, value priced for your perfect vacation at Georgetown Lake, Montana. This home is private, yet within walking distance of the marina, restaurant, and forest service land. Satellite TV is provided. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. One bedroom is equipped with TV and VCR/DVD player. There is a pull-out couch in the living room to sleep two more. Bath has tub and shower. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board are available. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, towels, wine glasses, saute pan, skillet, saucepans, 4- and 6-quart casserole dishes, gratin baking dish, roast pan and rack, 8-quart pasta pot, tea kettle, salad bowl, serving platters, knives, cooking utensils, dinnerware, glasses, silverware, and more. Complete list will be mailed to you at least 7 days prior to your arrival. The living room has one couch, a double recliner, a gas fireplace, and free satellite TV. The home sits at the top of a hill just three blocks from the lake on about one acre with a vacant lot next door. From the deck off of the dining room, you look out over most of the lightly forested acre of land. Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $100 and a refundable pet security deposit of $300. No cats or exotic pets are allowed. A two-garage is under the home. Washer and dryer are available in a closet off the kitchen. A four-wheel drive is needed to access this home in the winter.
