These two units are: (1) the upper Tri Level Spacious & Luxurious 3,000 sq. ft. Ranch House which can sleep 16 guests very comfortably; and (2) the lower level 1,000 sq. ft. Cozy & Romantic Flathead Flat which is perfect for parties of 2 to 6. The 3 `R' House and Flat can be rented either together to accommodate up to 22+ guests (i.e. for Larger Groups, Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats or Weddings etc.); or they can be
rented Separately to accommodate Couples, Smaller Families or Limited Groups. Both the House and Flat are Beautifully Decorated, Very Comfortable and Quite Spacious and yet thoroughly Cozy.
