Overview

Our vacation home is located behind the dunes of Lake Michigan and you can hear the surf on a windy day!The beach is very close,with the best access at Duck Lake state park.The house has a nice view of White Lake, especially from the deck which features a grill and table and chairs.White Lake has an open connection to Lake Michigan and the channel with the lighthouse are nearby,as well as a public boatlaunch and White Lake Yacht Club,one of the oldest established yacht clubs in the US.We are 6 miles from the twin towns of Whitehall and Montague,that stradle the White River where it enters the lake. Whitehall is home to Howmet Theater which features several live theater productions every season and Montague is best know for it's 20 some mile bike trail as well as their free outdoor concerts in the park every Tuesday night during the summer. Both towns have ample shopping,art galleries,restaurants and coffee shops. Nearby attractions are a water park;Michigan Adventure,horseback riding;DoubleJJ Ranch ,canoeing on the White River and several golf courses.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
