Architecturally exciting and beautifully furnished, “Sanctuaire” offers a spectacular retreat for 1 to 8 people with two bedrooms, two baths, and a loft. The master bedroom, with wall to wall windows overlooking the lake, has a Super King-sized bed with Stearns and Foster mattress, and a magnificent master bath with a deep tub Jacuzzi. There is a separate guest room with a queen bed and its own full bathroom. The loft is a partial second floor that is reached by a staircase. This unique space has a wood burning fireplace and an incredible view of the lake. This loft area provides 2 televisions/DVDs/VCR with satellite coverage providing over 900 channels and HBO & SHOWTIME, with a comfortable viewing area of the lake, a small office setup with desk and fax/copier, as well as the third sleeping space with two twin beds. The kitchen is modern, with every convenience. The house is replete with wood paneling, hardwood floors, oriental rugs, and original art.

In addition to the Super King size bed in the master suite and Queen size bed in guest bedroom, there are a One Queen floor futon and Queen roll out bed in the living room allow sleeping for an additional two people, so the house sleeps 8 at capacity.

Tree House Ambiance....

“Sanctuaire” with over 2000 square feet of living space provides an open and airy retreat with three skylights, and a panoramic view through walls of glass, all giving a tree house ambiance. This exceptional home also features wool carpeting, a beautiful stone fireplace in the living room, and a variety of first class amenities, including fine bed linens.

Love the outdoors but do not want to "rough it?" A secret path from the house to the lake leads to your own private pier and your use of 3 boats along the Singer Lake frontage. Next to the private pier is a campfire pit with citrenella torches for campfire marshmellows or ghost stories! For more tranquil times, the lake is spring fed and is the ultimate fisherman’s dream. The decks have an abundance of outdoor furniture, an outdoor fireplace, and lots of sunshine. The beautiful and luxurious Hot Tub overlooking the lake is absolutely serene and relaxing.
