Overview

Our Derby Lake property features includes 40 feet of lake frontage with access to a 15-20 ft dock. You may park your boat at the dock if desired. Lawn chairs are available on two decks attached to the back of the house. You can enjoy a cozy fire outside in a fire pit grill. The lake area in the back of the house has a beautiful sandy bottom which gradually drops off past the end of the dock. Our swimming area goes from two to about 5.5 feet deep by the end of the dock.
