Overview
Lovely 3,400 sf cottage has 5 bedrooms/3.5 baths and is perfect for multiple families. The sunny Arts & Crafts decor has upgraded finishes, 2 fire places, granite counter tops, built-in wet bar with wine cooler, stainless appliances, central air, washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TVs, premium hi-def satellite, wi-fi and gas grill on wrap around porch.
Convenient first floor master suite has spa tub. Second floor has 3 guest bedrooms and large office/reading loft. Lower level has an additional bedroom w/ 2 sets bunk beds, sleeper sofa and family game room.
This cottage has great views that sweep the property, including our meadow and Dragonfly Pond, and is surrounded by open fields of native grasses and wild flowers.
Located at the Harbor Club South Haven, it is near our private marina, which has lake access, and our clubhouse with heated pool. There isn't a private beach but there is small public beach just two blocks away that is very easy to walk to and a little more secluded than the busy downtown beaches. Just 5 minutes from downtown shopping and restaurants.

The charming harbor town of South Haven has long been a favorite spot for vacationers. Packed with wonderful restaurants, great shopping, museums and unique art galleries, it is no surprise that South Haven has been a popular year round vacation destination for over 140 years.
You’ll really feel like you’re on vacation when you spend the day out on a boat fishing or just catching some rays. Great breezes make for excellent para-surfing or sailing all in addition to the miles of clean, warm, white sand beaches and 3 hour sunsets. There is never an uneventful moment here unless you want one.
