Updated cottage located on 2 acres of Mona Lake in a quiet Muskegon, Michigan neighborhood. Walk to nearby Ross Park to play tennis or lie on beach. Relax on the deck and watch the boats, birds, and many other wildlife pass by. This cottage is close to shopping, supplies, restaurants, and movie theaters; all within a 5-10 minute drive. Bring your bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, waders, hiking boots, roller blades,golf clubs, bat & glove, tennis racquet's, boat, waverunners, and (yes) snowmobiles (in winter). Enjoy Mona Lake, Muskegon Lake, Bear Lake, Lake Michigan, streams & rivers, sand dunes, parks and beaches. Hike the dunes at P.J. Hoffmaster State Park or Muskegon State Park. Horse back riding. Play golf at near-by Oakridge Golf Club. Pere Marquette Park offers one of the best beaches in western Michigan to swim, hang out, or play volleyball. Mona Lake Channel Park offers a unique beach and trail system, as well as a fantastic place to watch the sunset. Only 5 minutes away.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
