It is famous for its beaches and sand dunes because most land in this area is National Seashore (government owned and maintained). The condo is across a quiet street from Cape Cod Bay, with its mostly flat, warmer waters. If you prefer the ocean beaches, they are a short bike or car ride away. You are surrounded by bike and hiking trails, even a dune buggy trail! When you feel like a break from the beach, you are a short bike ride (20 minutes) or car ride (5 minutes) from Provincetown with its nightspots, bars, restaurants, shops, museums, boat rentals and whale watching.
