Overview

KAEDE is located in the Coburn Home on Townhill overlooking downtown Ipswich. Built in 1845, this Greek Revival structure houses 11 individually appointed bedrooms 9 of which include private baths. Formerly known as TOWNHILL BED & BREAKFAST, the new owners haved added their own twist to tradition New England charm. Local attractions include Crane Beach, famous Ipswich fried clams, several highly rated restaurants, Appleton Farms, fantastic hiking trails, canoeing on the Ipswich River, antiques, Plum Island, bird watching sanctuaries, and much more. Full breakfasts are served in the morning featuring both eastern and western dishes, some examples include Pesto Omelets, Creme Brulee French Toast, Belgian Waffles and traditional Japanese breakfasts.
