Open living room/kitchen as you enter this cottage by the sea. New kitchen and bath and large stone fireplace with wood floors in the living room. Sorry, fireplace not in use. 2nd floor has 2 good sized bedrooms with a slider and balcony off of the master--views of the ocean!
Situated in an association of 9 cottages on North Shore Blvd with private beach rights. One back from the path to the beach with parking for two cars and outdoor patio.
