Overview
Enjoy the charm of Old Cape Cod at our Cape Cod Beach House - convienient commute from Boston's airport. While you visit you can enjoy wonderful days at the beach or kick back & enjoy a fabulous sunset or simply a relaxing evening at home. For those who enjoy the outdoors - take your coffee outside and enjoy it as the morning sun comes up over our deck area equipped with a patio set & umbrella or in the evening cook out on our new gas fired BBQ grill.
Whether you enjoy long walks on the beach, bike riding or kayaking Dennis has something for everyone. The heart of Cape Cod Dennis is convenient to visit the islands by ferry, check out the art galleries of P-Town or the history of Plymouth. So if you would like to experience the Cape & relax to escape the hustle of city living, treat yourself to classic old Cape Cod, where little needs to be done to enjoy the surroundings themselves.
Dennisport is considered to be located in the heart of the Cape with many beaches on warm waters of Nantucket Sound and bayside. Our closest beach is Sea Street on Nantucket Sound. Sea Street beach is just 4/10 of a mile & easy walk from County Circle. Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit.
All Cape attractions are easily accessible from Dennisport?s central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is in town as well as scores of antique shops, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are three small restaurants, a pub and an ice cream parlor within walking distance of our cottages.
We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within a few miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is on the North Side of town and The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who made his home in this "All American Town Of Dennis", is only five miles away. This recreation area has a life course, jogging trail, basketball and handball courts along with baseball, softball and soccer fields.

- Our location is close to several restaurants withing walking distance and many restaurants from family-fare to fine dining within a short drive. There is also public transportation close by that traverses the main road (Rt 28) of most of the Cape.
