Overview
Our two bedroom Cape Cod vacation home is ideally located in Dennis Port a family-oriented summer beach community. We are an easy stroll down Sea Street to the beach and within one mile of 6 other Nantucket Sound beaches. We also proudly welcome back over 50% repeat guests annually.
Our self-catering cottage has just about any amenity you will need while you are staying here on the Cape. During your visit to Cape Cod you can enjoy wonderful days at the beach, kick back & enjoy a fabulous sunset or simply a relaxing evening at home.
Back at your cottage those who enjoy the outdoors - can enjoy a dinner or lunch on the deck equipped with a patio set & umbrella or in the evening cook out on our own gas fired BBQ grill. For the early risers take your coffee outdoors and enjoy reading the newspaper as the morning sun comes up over our deck area. You can prepare any meal in our fully equipped kitchen with a full size new refrigerator/freezer.
Our location is one of the key ingredients to the popularity of our cottage. Our guests always comment on how convenient the area is.
Whether you enjoy long walks on the beach,
bike riding or kayaking Dennis has something for everyone. The heart of Cape Cod Dennis is convenient to visit the islands by ferry, check out the art galleries of P-Town or the history of Plymouth. So if you would like to experience the Cape & relax to escape the hustle and bustle of daily living, treat yourself to classic old Cape Cod, where little needs to be done to enjoy the surroundings themselves.
Dennisport is considered to be located in the heart of the Cape with many beaches on warm waters of Nantucket Sound and bayside. Our closest beach is Sea Street on Nantucket Sound. Sea Street beach is just 4/10 of a mile & easy walk from County Circle. Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit.
All Cape attractions are easily accessible from Dennisport's central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is in town as well as scores of antique shops, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are three small restaurants, a pub and an ice cream parlor within walking distance of our cottages.
We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within a few miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on Cape Cod) is on the North Side of town and The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who made his home in this "All American Town Of Dennis", is only five miles away. This recreation area has a life course, jogging trail, basketball and handball courts along with baseball, softball and soccer fields.

Dennis Port is a family-oriented beach community centrally located right in the middle of the Cape. It is commonly referred to as the "Heart of Cape Cod". We are just .3 miles from Sea Street beach which is a public life-guarded beach at the end of Sea Street that runs diagonally from our cottage to Nantucket Sound beaches. Because of our central location it makes it easy for you to tour the Cape from top to bottom enjoying your favorite activities. We are also withing walking distance to several restaurants from a Zagat rated fine dining restaurant to quick take away family fare.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
