Overview
Our quintessential Cape Cod Cottages with their crushed sea shell walkways are located in Dennis Port which is called the "Heart of Cape Cod". Dennis Port is a preferred area for families and also many visitors who choose to tour on the Cape. Being Mid-Cape you are never very far from any attraction whether it is on the Lower or Upper Cape.
Our beach cottages are completely furnished with many of the amenities that long distance travelers might need. We realize that you cannot bring along many of the items that you need to enjoy your day at the beach. So when we equipped our cottages we did so with you in mind. Items from sand chairs and beach umbrella to a rolling cooler that is great for your beach-side lunch. We have all of these amenities here for you and more. Like family games and a small library of videos and beach reads for you to enjoy during your down time or a nice quiet evening back at the end of a busy day of touring.
Here on "The Cape" we call our beach houses - cottages. Each cottage in our duplex has two bedrooms, an open concept living, dining area and kitchen that is fully equipped with everything from dinnerware to lobster pot and claw crackers.
We receive lots of compliments on how well equipped our cottages are, especially our kitchens. You can enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over your deck equipped with table and umbrella. Or maybe you might enjoy some fresh fish. Stop by the Fish Market right down the road and grill your selection on your own gas-fired BBQ grill. Anyway you choose to spend your days there are many ways to enjoy the Cape here in our Mid-Cape location.
We have nearly 50% repeat summer visitors annually with one family repeating each spring, summer and fall for over 20 years. So come along and enjoy "The Cape" our way, in one of our relaxing and informal cape cottages. A true Cape Cod beach style holiday!!
**** The peak summer(Jul/Aug) prices on this site includes linens. Late June through Early September our rentals are weekly (Sat-Sat) all other dates require a three night minimum

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
