Here it comes a Wonderful and Adoring 2Bedroom/2Bathroom in the heart of Baltimore's Fells Point historic district, restored and tastefully furnished, retaining the character of a 200+ year old home but refurnished 3years ago. Features oak, slate and ceramic flooring, Williamsburg paints, Baldwin brass hardware, and custom cabinetry, Winner of the 2008 Heritage Preservation Award through Baltimore County Historic Trust! Come to relax and frolic with nature. Ours is an historic, pet-friendly and green property. Just a little walk from the home is Rocco's Capriccio is a family owned and operated restaurant, where u can see any kind of food and drinks u need....The living/dining room has 2 different level, first level with sofa bed, powder room with washer and dryer, and completely equipped kitchen, including a charming eat-in area with a cathedral ceiling and skylight. Off the kitchen is a private courtyard, with outdoor dining area and gas grill. The second level has a spacious room with a TV, DVD and stereo system, plus DSL internet service and printer/fax/scanner. 2 great Bedrooms with big flat screen Samsung TV, sleeps maximum of 6 people. Bedroom 1 - 1 King and a Sofa, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen... Look out from your front window to view an English formal garden and watch the sun set over the valley. Numerous gardens surround the wooded 4 acre, very private property. Sit out on the back deck to see the woods and streams that run below.
