Overview

Country Heritage Bed and Breakfast, Hampton Iowa is located in the heart of North Central Iowa, Franklin County. This is a 1921 family farm built by the innkeepers great great grandfather. Whether you are looking for relaxation , romance or campfires and smores this is the place for you. This farm is the perfect place to unwind and learn a little about the history of farming. If you want a home away from home this is the place. During February check out the lambing barn. In October we are in full swing bringing in the crops so if you have never been on a combine here is your chance. In December visit a Christmas Tree farm only two miles away. There are many activities available through out Franklin County including antique shops, Beeds Lake State Park, snowmobiling, hunting, Franklin County Fair, and golfing. Please join us and be prepared to have a good time or a quite time whichever you prefer.

We have three suites and two bedrooms. Two of the suites have a fireplace, private balcony, heart shaped whirlpool bath and shower, air conditioning, cable tv. The third suite is a secluded third floor room with whirlpool bath,air conditioning, and small balcony. The two rooms share a bathroom and is a great combination for a family vacation. We also have a common room on the second floor with refrigerator and microwave.
