Welcome to Wellington Cottage, we purchased the cottage in early 2008.

The prior owner recently remodeled the entire main level installed all new appliances, including a new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

COTTAGE AMENITIES:

The cottage can accommodate up to 6-7 adults and 2-3 children.
Central A/C.
Dinning room and the kitchen provide a panoramic lake view and an overhead fan.
Master bedroom,(Double size bed) with attached bath and overhead fan.
Second bedroom, (Double size bed) with attached bath completed in May 2009
Carriage room, (Double size bed) has a window A/C, and overhead fan,(used as an overflow bedroom).
Basement includes a twin bed, two Children's bunk beds, and a second walk out to the lake.
Kitchen, small kitchenette, Dinning room, Family room, including a FIREPLACE.
Patio with sliding glass door facing the lake.
Parking for up to 6 cars.

WHATS INCLUDED IN THE COTTAGE:

The cottage is fully furnished.

Cookware and silverware included.
Washer and dryer.
Major kitchen appliances, including a stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, and misc containers, cooking utensils, place settings, kitchen cleaners, zip bags, etc.
Outdoor gas grill and grilling tools.
Vacuum, cleaning supplies, towels.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:

Bed sheets, towels, laundry soap, and any personal items.

THINGS TO DO AND SEE:

Gradual and shallow sandy swimming area.
Stone Lake and the smaller connected Mud Lake are great fishing lakes.
Boating is speed restricted to 10 15 MPH, which helps to provide a quiet, and relaxing get-away.
Shopping, golfing, site seeing, local attractions, flee markets, and auctions are some of the local attractions.

THINGS YOU CAN'T BRING OR DO:

Sorry no pets or smoking are allowed

CHECK IN INFORMATION:

The front door lock is electronic. After your security deposit is received, a code will be provided for the lock and will be changed after your departure.
Your week starts on Saturday at 2:00 pm and ends on the following Saturday at noon.

CHECK OUT INFORMATION:

Please leave the cottage in as clean of condition as you found it, which includes cleaning the kitchen, putting away all outside items, closing all windows, doors, and putting all trash bags in the outside dumpster.
The security deposit will be refunded after you vacate, and so long as there are no damages or extraordinary cleaning needed.
Please turn the A/C off and the Gas grill off at the tank before your final departure.
Check out is at Noon on the following Saturday.

There is a one-week or three-day weekend minimum rental during the peak season, which is from May to August. Weekend rates are available on a case-by-case basis during the off-season.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:

A one hundred ($100) security deposit, (personal check accepted), is due when you reserve the cottage, and must be mailed and received before the date will be booked and reserved.
Reservation funds must be in Guaranteed funds, i.e. bank check or cashiers check.

2010 WEEKLY / WEEKEND RATES:

May first two weeks is $600/ per week.
May last two weeks is $700/per week.
June weeks #1 - 3 is $700 per week
June week # 4 is $750 for the week.
July 4th holiday week is $950
July week # 2 - 4 is $850 per week
August is $850 per week
Sept to Dec is $600 per week
* Weekend or 3 day rates vary, please call or e-mail for pricing.
** Off-season non-holiday rentals are $1,400/mo.
Plus utilities; daily at $99/day with a 2 day Min.

The cottage also has central air and a window A/C unit in the carriage room, which is a overflow bedroom. The front dinning room and kitchen provide a panoramic lake view; the main floor includes a master bedroom, kitchen, family room, dinning room, and walk out patio with sliding glass door. The basement includes a dsingle bed, kids bunk beds, and a walk out to the lake. The master bedroom and family room have ceiling fans along with the carriage room. It also has a fireplace, Small fishing boat, and paddle boat.

The cottage is fully furnished, including cookware, misc kitchen appliances, and a new outdoor grill. (We're sorry but no pets or smoking is allowed). You will need to bring your own bed sheets and towels.

Outside activities include a gradual sandy swimming area. Stone Lake and the smaller connected Mud Lake are great fishing lakes and promotes a 10 15 MPH speed limit, which helps to provide a quiet, and relaxing get-away. We include a long pier, paddleboat, and many kid's water toys for your use.
