This Beautifully decorated condo is located in the Albany Park neighborhood, just a short walk west of Ravenswood. Situated on the Northwest Side of Chicago, Albany Park is recognized as one of the most ethnically diverse communities in the United States. Local Chicago treasures are just steps away with unique shopping and authentic ethnic cuisine to just name a few. A quick 5 minute walk to the Brown Line will access all of Chicago's northside neighborhoods including Wrigley Field and downtown. This unit is 4 miles from Lake Michigan's beaches at Montrose Harbor.


This spacious 1300 sq ft unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen features stainless appliances, cherry wood cabinets, thick granite counter tops, limestone floors and everything needed to prepare a gourmet feast. The dining room has an oak table with seating for 8. The living room has ample seating for the entire family to enjoy the large flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have large dressers and closet space and all beds are dressed in luxury Hotel quality linens. The sunroom is perfect for breakfast for 2 or enjoy a book and glass of wine while the summer breeze passes by. The over-sized bathroom has a waterfall shower and extra-wide jacuzzi tub. The full-size washer and dryer are connect to the bathroom.
