Overview

Elite Hawaiian is proud to be able to offer our customers access to one of Hawaii’s finest private homes. The house has been refurbished in 2006 to redefine luxury retreats for the discerning guest. The estate can accommodate 10 guests on 5.2 acres of bluff overlooking the dramatic coastline of Oahu’s North Shore.

The estate is intended to be more than just a relaxing retreat but a wellness experience to rejuvenate both the body and soul. Personal chefs can prepare menus to suit the guests’ preferences to complete the experience. The estate has a series of small cabanas that were originally built to house the first owner’s car collection. These cabanas now house rooms for various spa treatments as well as a gym and games room.

The main house is just under 6,000sq. feet of Hawaiian elegance. The new furnishings bring modern comfort and convenience to a house that still has the ambiance of island living of the 1940’s. The koa wood floors and the timbers blend easily with the original art and fine linens and furnishings that make this property so unique and such a favorite.

The gourmet kitchen is any aspiring chef’s delight and services both casual and formal dining events. Large stone fireplaces feature in the formal dining room, as well as the casual and the formal sitting rooms. On the main floor there is also a den with a large screen TV and entertainment system. There is a Bose system installed through out the house and outside around the pool. There are three bedrooms on this floor including an ocean view suite with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Of the other bedrooms, one features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.

The floor above has three additional bedrooms including the extraordinary master suite featuring Koa wood flooring, a private sitting room, Roman Bath, skylights and tiled balcony overlooking the dramatic blue Pacific.

The vision for the estate is to provide the ultimate in resort amenities and treatments in the luxurious surroundings of a private estate. The commitment to the guests’ well being is matched by the transformation of the property to environmentally sound practices. The newly installed solar power system meets all the Estate’s electrical and heating requirements.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
