Overview
The condo is across from Kamaole I beach (a gorgeous beach!), and it has many modern conveniences! This lovely one-bedroom condo that sleeps 4, is beautiful, modern, nicely decorated, w/many extras, full kitchen, pool, patio, A/C, great low rates. It's close to the #1 beach- Kamaole Beach. It's a gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beach.! Our Maui Vista condo has the best rates on the island! It is in beautiful Kihei - only a 20-minute drive from the airport, and in the south and western part of the island, just north of Wailea.. It is within walking distance of shopping, movies and restaurants. Just a few minutes drive to historic Wailea, several wonderful golf courses and many other fun outdoor activities. Why stay in an expensive hotel when you can have all the conveniences of a home? This unit is on the first floor with a lovely, large yard just outside the patio or lanai. It's great for kids to play on. Sit on the lanai, sip drinks, or enjoy a scenic, tropical meal outdoors! It is perfect for entertaining or just lounging in the sun, and enjoying the beautiful garden view. Or, just relax and savor the beautiful, tropical surroundings! A popular condo, in a great location. Maui is the perfect vacation spot, there are so many fun activities- in the water and out! It's great for families, or a romantic getaway! One of the 3 fresh water pools is less than 100 feet away. Condo sleeps four, two in the bedroom and two on the pull out couch in the living room. The Maui Vista complex has 6 tennis courts, outdoor gas barbeques, and 10 acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds.

People come to Maui for beaches and watersports - the island has some of Hawaii's best windsurfing and boardsurfing, as well as plenty of good swimming, snorkeling and bodysurfing. Surfing is good at Maalaea
Pipeline, on the southern side of Maalaea Bay- one of the world's top 10 areas. This is only a short drive from
the condo. Beginning surfers can take lessons in Kihei, a short distance away. The best diving & snorkeling is
the sunken volcanic crater of nearby Molokini, where fish are tame and the water is very clear. For beach
snorkeling, the easily accessible Black Rock at Kaanapali is good. There is also snorkeling at the beaches in
Kihei, and nearby Wailea. There are many different snorkeling and scuba boat trips out of nearby Maalaea, as
well as dinner, sunset, and cocktail sailings. Although the water's the place to be on Maui, there's also alot to do
inland. Haleakala National Park has some incredible hiking through its volcanic crater, and the whole island has many nature walks. Haleakala is also popular with horseback riders, and cyclists enjoy coasting 38 miles down the steep mtn. You can hang-glide from Haleakala to the coast, a beautiful descent of nearly 10,000'. Most of the fall and winter are open! Kamaole Beach is one of the best in Maui and is only 1 block away - just a few minutes walk. This is a popular, beautiful, white sand, swimming and snorkeling beach. It is gorgeous- warm, turquoise blue water with gentle waves. Perfect for kids!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
