The property is fenced and lined with vegetation on both sides to provide great privacy. It sits at the end of a little laneway, WALKING distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Paia. Sitting between the house and the ocean is a 50 foot lap pool. ALL ROOMS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE PLAY ROOM FACE DIRECTLY TO THE OCEAN! The ground level has wood floors, with living area (cable TV/VCR, CD stereo), dining area and a well equipped kitchen. A slate patio off of the living and dining area has both a gas and a charcoal BBQ and is overhung for sun protection. The upper floor has three bedrooms (king, queen, queen) with two full bathrooms (tub with shower in each). A large room at the back on the second floor can be used as a playroom.
