Overview

B-22 is a ground-level unit and has one bedroom, one bath, living room, dining area, and full kitchen. I keep it in tip-top shape, and I've recently had it painted and remodeled. There are all sorts of amenities. It features cool tile floors, a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a new king-sized bed in its one bedroom, and an almost new queen sofabed in the living room. The kitchen was completely renovated in December 2006, as was the bathroom vanity and sink area. The tile shower has a seat and several petroglyph tiles. A washer and dryer are also in the condo. A shaded lanai (patio) is directly off of the living room. It faces directly onto Honokeana Cove and across the Maui channel, with sunset views of the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Turtles and colorful Hawaiian fish swim in Honokeana Cove all year long. During the winter (December through April), whales cruise by, often surfacing within easy eye-sight.

Location & area

From the Kahului Airport, Maui, the drive to Napili Point Resort is about 35 miles and takes about an hour, depending on traffic. Follow the signs to Lahaina when leaving town and you should do fine.



The route takes you on a scenic drive through sugar cane fields, past pineapple fields, along several miles of undeveloped coastline and into the most popular destination area on the island of Maui, the stretch of beaches and activities extending north from old Lahaina Town to the Napili district.

Napili Point Resort is a low rise condominium project set on lovely Honokeana Cove. The Resort's comfortable one and two-bedroom apartments have spectacular views of the cove with its resident sea turtles, the Maui Roads of the Pacific Ocean, and the islands of Lana'i and Moloka'i. Sit on the lanai and watch the sun set behind the two islands, across the sea.



There are two fresh water swimming pools and several charcoal and gas grills scattered around the grounds. Sit on the lanai and relax over breakfast while watching the waves crash on the rocks across Honokeana Cove and whales cruising by in season. If the surf's up, the surfers provide a fun show. If not, and if the snorkeling is good, the sea turtles, coral, fish, eels, octupus and spotted rays await your swim.
