a guest full kitchen shoulf you decide to cook attractive tropical furniture you'll want to spend most of your time here! Tempurapedic mattress, luxury linens and the ocean reef fisherman - one of the things to watch here this is the view 2nd bdrm has double futon and single bed the sunset is not the last thing to watch everyday

Overview

Available for a minimum of one week stays (special rates by the month) our condo is situated perfectly, in the popular resort town of Kailua-Kona, on Ali'i Drive. We are the first floor of accomodations (there is an elevator) and the ocean is only 40 feet from the balcony.

The master bedroom and living room open to the balcony (called a lanai in Hawaii) and the ocean can be seen all the way from the kitchen at the back of the unit.

This condo is our only vacation rental and is stocked and ready for your vacation. If you want to just relax on the lanai, there is plenty to see there; surfers, turtles below, flying fish, reef fishermen, night snorkelling fisherwoman, the occassionaly whale breaching, boats, sunsets - never boring. The condo has the blender for your drinks, a selection of music CDs, and a stereo, a full kitchen should you decide to cook a gourmet meal, full laundry, a second bedroom with a double futon and a single bed.

Should you decide to venture out, maybe to the snorkelling preserve Kahalu'u Beach, is 2.5 miles down the road, you'll find beach mats, coolers, beach umbrellas beach bags and towells, oh, I almost forgot, even boogie boards best on Magic Sands or White Sands beach.

The complex also has a swimming pool and hot tub and a nice sunning beach.

Of course, there is a lot to explore on the big island; a live volcano, small Hawaiian villages and preserves like Pu'uohonua O'Honaunau (great snorkelling there too!), rain forests, even from time to time snow on the mountain for skiing or snow boarding.

Amenities & services

The master has a beautiful antique headboard and footboard around a Tempurapedic Queen size bed, all cotton luxury sheets and the sound of the ocean to put you to sleep. There is also a TV and DVD player in the master. A double futon and a single bed in the 2nd bedroom round out the sleeping arrangements.

There is a TV and VCR in the living room with comfortable seating. We have a small selection of DVDs and Videos for family viewing. A dining table and chairs inside as well as on the lanai to enjoy your meals and maybe play a few board games from our selection. Or, relax in comfortable chairs on the lanai with a book.

If you need to do a little work, free local calls from the condo, but WIFI is available in the lobby. We also have a HP 5610 all in one incase you need to print or fax.

A wide variety of music is available in the condo for use in our Bose cd player.
