The Palms at Wailea is low rise (only two stories), and nicely spaced on the manicured grounds. The exteriors have a Mediterranean look, with white stucco walls, red tile roofs and blue sun awnings. The grounds have several lovely water features, including a great pool and hot-tub area. This property has 150 Condominium Homes on 20+ acres, and was built in two phases. The property has a mix of vacation rental units, and owner occupied units. Each unit is individually owned, and decorating will vary from one unit to the next.

The Wailea and Makena Golf courses and tennis clubs are just minutes away, and the Shops at Wailea are within walking distance. All guests in the Wailea Resort are entitled to discounted golf/tennis rates at the Wailea clubs.
