Overview

Buidling:
Inn on the park high-rise resort-type comdominium with 24 hours security is conveniently located at 1920 Ala Moana blvd. (corner of Ena rd.) and across the street from the famous Hilton Hawaiian Village and beautiful fort deRussy. The central location allows easy access to the beach, parks, shops, fabulous dining, waikiki night life and attractions. My privately owned studio apartment (360 sq ft) overlooking the pool and garden is situated on the 6th floor on the quiet and cool side of the 21 story building. The condo also has a spacious lanai with a table and two chairs.

Studio Apartment:
My lovely fully-furnished studio offers all the comforts of your home with style at a reasonable price. The condo was recently upgraded with new carpet, ceramic tile in the hallway, refinished bathtub, new vanity cabinet and upgraded kitchen appliances. It was also completely redecorated in august 2008.


* full size bed, lines, towels, loveseat, dresser, coffee table, dining table with chairs and ac unit
* samsung 20 inch lcd tv and toshiba dvd player
* complimentary local phone service and dsl internet access
* all utilities and cable tv are included as part of your rental



Kitchenette:
* portable cook top and built-in cook top, small refrigerator and chrome microwave
* coffer maker, electric water kettle, toaster, rice cooker, blender and mini grill
* kitchenware such as china, silverware, various pots and pans, etc.



Amenities/pool/beach experience:
The following are located on the 5th floor on the recreation deck:
* coin-operated laundry facilities and public restrooms
* swimming pool and reclining chairs (sun deck)
* bbq patio with tables and chairs
* beach towels, chairs, mats and umbrella are available to take to the beach (provided by the owner free of charge and can be found in the apartment.) Hilton hawaiian village beach is across the street.



Rates & parking:
Rates start at $55 per night plus hawaii tax and vary depending on the season and holidays. One time cleaning/set up fee is $60. Refundable security deposit in the amt of $300 is required to hold your reservation, and a full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Parking is optional and available at $10 per day ($105 per month.) No in-unit smoking or pets! Please, reference studio for rent in your inquiry.
