This traditional-style Hawaiian oceanfront rental cottage on the Big Island of Hawaii was completely remodeled in 2004. It is only a few feet from the ocean and very private. But you will have to share some beach space with a family of six sea turtles who live in the shallow tide pool just outside.

Yet it is on the undeveloped Lyman's Bay (famous for surfing), completely private, with no nearby neighbors other than a family of sea turtles. The setting is undeveloped old Hawaii, with incredible views of the ocean and the tranquility of undisturbed privacy. But you are only minutes away from restaurants, shops, great watersports, and easy access to all that the Big Island has to offer.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
