Overview

Our home is modern and very clean. It is air conditioned with a screened in porch at the back with patio furniture to take in the Florida sun - the ideal place for a beer and a book. The front room has a TV with cable and DVD player also a built in stereo as well as a playstation 2 with a variety of games to keep the kids entertained. There is a telephone for local calls and all linen and towels are included.
NEW COMPUTER WITH INTERNET ACCESS AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2006 - keep in touch with family and friends by email.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite bathroom, cable TV, video & DVD player. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bed is a twin room with TV. The second bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. There are large wardrobes also plenty of drawer space within the matching furniture.
The fully fitted kitchen includes oven / hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, waste disposal and all other smaller appliances. A full size washer and dryer are situated in the utility area along with iron and ironing board. A BBQ is available for those balmy evenings after a long day at the theme park.

Vista Del Lago is a 275 acre community set on Racoon Lake with easy access to all the fun of Disney World. It has 24 hour gated security and is a quiet friendly residential community. Your stay here includes free use of all the amenities at the million dollar clubhouse. Activities include floodlit tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboards, horseshoes, fishing lake with boat ramp, kids playground, pool tables and fitness room. There are also a number of arranged activities such as crafts and bingo. Although the house does not have its own pool (no pool heat to pay), you can make use of the three pools and the hot tub as well as the kiddies pool. One of the solar heated pools is just a 100 yard walk from the house with plenty of sun loungers on a decked area.

Our cute and cozy Florida home is situated on the Vista Del Lago gated residential community on Hwy 192. It is situated 4.5 miles from Disney World and within easy reach of all the other theme parks. Walmart is a ten minute drive from the community.

Amenities & services

The house boasts a screened lanai room with lovely new furniture and glass tables. The house has three TV's at present as well as two DVD players, video player and a playstation 2 plus a variety of games to keep the kids entertained. Internet access plus a new computer is available from May 2006 as well as a new large screened TV in the family room. There are lots of amenities within the community including one of three lovely heated pools with plenty of sunloungers to get that tan situated less than 100 yards walk from the home.
