Overview

Our condo is on the 2nd floor overlooking the lake. It is well equipped and is professionally decorated for year-long pleasure and comfort. It has a one car garage with garage door opener. The condo is Air-Conditioned. There is an open Living Room with an adjacent Dining Room, and Lanai off the Living Room with beautiful lake view. Master Bed-Room with a king bed and a large master bath. 2nd Bed Room with two twin beds and a separate bath. Kitchen has all needed dishes and utensils. All of the rooms have high vaulted ceiling and most have lake view. There is cable TV in LR and the BRs. Beach chairs and umbrella are in the garage and guests are free to use them. The Sea Oaks community is very well maintained. Beautiful large shade trees cover most of the roads and walks. Perfect for bike riding and nice walks. The Tennis Club has 16 Har-Tru tennis courts with Pro Shop and Pro(s). Beach Club has private beach access, a large swimming pool, hot tub and a nice restaurant with poolside as well as elegant dining. There is also a large pool and hot tub within a few seconds from the condo. Sea Oaks is a gated community and one of the nicest on Orchid Island of Vero Beach, Florida.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
