Overview

Villa Margarita just stunning!!!Boasting 4 large double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Villa Margarita is the ideal choice for both families and couples, offering the perfect retreat for those relaxing moments. The villa is south facing, over looking the large 28' x 13' fully enclosed, heated, free form swimming pool. Beyond the pool is a beautiful private lake and woodlands, where you can watch the herons and other birds diving to catch their supper. The enclosed, shaded lanai provides outdoor dining for 8 people, or if you want to soak up the warmth of the Gulf sun there are loungers and sun chairs around the pool for 8 people.
Accommodation
Entering the front door from the landscaped garden, if you can take your eyes away from the magnificent views through the south facing patio doors, you find yourself in the formal living room, which has been personally furnished to a very high standard. The brown traditional leather suites are complemented by the elegant dining suite, which seats 8 people for those formal or relaxed family meals.

To the right is a fully equipped kitchen, built-in oven and ceramic hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, maple wood cabinets with corian worktops. There is a separate utility room with washer, dryer, sink, iron etc. that leads via an internal door to the triple car garage.

The kitchen opens onto the nook, ideal for less formal meal times, and the large, bright family room. There are large patio doors opening onto the lanai and beyond. With its comfortable cream leather sofas and chair for relaxing in front of the large plasma television or listening to your favourite music, or keeping in touch via the internet, it is the perfect way to relax at the end of your busy day. The telephone for incoming and out going calls is also located in the family room. Everything you need to enjoy your fantastic holiday.

Bedrooms
The master suite is south facing, light and airy and opens on to the lanai and pool. It is comfortably furnished with a king size bed, sitting area and has TV and DVD and telephone point.

Leading from the master bedroom, passing two walk-in wardrobes is the en suite master bathroom. The double sinks are finished with a corian vanity unit and maple wood cabinets. There is a large raised bath, large walk in shower and separate toilet.

There are a further three large double bedrooms. The rear bedroom over looks the enclosed pool area and has it's own en suite with walk-in shower. While the other two double bedrooms are situated either side of the 3rd, same high quality, fully fitted bathroom with shower. Additional child's bed/cot available on request.

Each bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer and large number of bath and hand towels.

In the garage you will find bikes for your use and additional folding chairs that are ideal for taking to the beach. There is also a good supply of beach towels in the villa.
The villa has fully air con and heating.
Club House
Included in your rental is full use of the on site' club-house and all its facilities. There is a magnificent junior size spa, heated, lagoon style pool with sun bathing area and a separate children's splash fountain and play area.

The more active people may like to take advantage of the Health Club with cardio and weight equipment, which is open 24/7. There is also: 4 lighted tennis courts, in-line skating and hockey rink, 2 basketball courts, 2 sand volleyball courts and a multipurpose soccer field and baseball diamond. You can also take advantage of the bike trails and nature trails that run around the complex. When you need some inside entertainment, try the media/cinema room with a choice of films or use of the Wii equipment.

At the centre you will also have the use of the out door Gazebo with BBQ and cookout.
