Overview

Our villa is furnished to a high standard, very well equipped and will accommodate four people comfortably. It is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for extra comfort. One of the split plan bedrooms is ensuite with walk in closet, the other has an adjacent bathroom, both have queen-size beds and colour televisions. The living space is open plan and is comfortably furnished, the fully fitted kitchen has a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher
microwave, grill and breakfast bar. Patio doors lead from the dining area to the screened pool and spacious lanai, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers. The laundry room houses a washer/dryer sink plus ironing equipment. Towels and linen are provided, as are hairdryers, books, and a radio/cd player.

Spring Hill is situated in Hernando County known as the water world of Florida's Nature Coast.It is approx. 45 miles north of Tampa and 75 miles west of Orlando. This area was originally home to the Seminole Indians who named many of the lakes and rivers, such as Weeki Wachee, which means winding waters. there are natural springs, beautiful rivers were manatee, osprey, alligators, raccoons and many other animal species can be found, it is in fact a nature lover's paradise. The villa, although situated in a quiet residential area, is just a short distance away from the local amenities.
