Overview

Enjoy the comfort and facilities of this beautiful 3rd floor condominium (with elevator) located at Windward Bay on Longboat Key. This 1400 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is completely furnished with a glass enclosed, tiled lanai which has a comfortable couch/hidabed that sleeps two. Views from the lanai of the bay are wonderful, where you can sit and relax to watch marine and other wildlife pass by. Every room has a lovely view over the bay with the marina with several boats just below. The kitchen has all new appliances including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Thru the kitchen window there is a peak of the Gulf which is less than 100 yards across the road to 10 miles of award winning beautiful white sands of Longboat Key, the warm blue sea and spectacular sunsets.

This unit is just across the road from the Hilton Hotel which has a desirable restaurant and bar. Windward bay is 23 acres that wind along the bay and amenities include: an Olympic size pool and another smaller pool, two tennis courts, a fitness center, billiard room, library and fishing off a pier if desired. A slip in the marina is available for a boat for around $12 a month. There is also covered parking.
