The 27-unit complex, in five buildings, sits on a quiet dead-end street, next to a wildlife preserve. The bright and airy suite, sleeping up to six people, is on the first floor and comes complete with a multitude of amenities such as air conditioning, two phones, three TVs with cable, stereo and CD player, linens and towels, and washer/dryer. There are hairdryers in each bathroom.

Lodging accommodations include two large bedrooms featuring king and twin beds with plenty of closet space and are complemented by a spacious living room and dining room. The private screened balcony with table and chairs offers the perfect place for a cold drink and a good book. You can prepare home-cooked meals of your choosing in your full kitchen, featuring a microwave oven, cookware and utensils, dishwasher, and outside grills.

A gorgeous palm-lined swimming pool, in view from your condo, continually beckons for a dip.

Spend lazy days on the pristine, white-sand beach with sparkling blue water as you soak up the sun and forget your worldly problems. Enjoy stress-reducing activities at Sandpiper Beach from shuffleboard to tennis, both a mere 100 feet from your door.
