Overview
Completed in July 2006 the brand new villa has many upgrades including an extended pool and wet area with integral hot tub spa. Fully screened the south west aspect falls upon a secluded lake. Solar heating ensures pool and spa temperatures in the 90's during the summer months. Pool and Spa electric heat is available at extra cost and is advisable from November through to March. The pool has a removable safety barrier and is completely child friendly.
The living area has a large cathedral style ceiling with upgraded comfortable furniture and a 34" flat screen satellite TV. The formal dining and breakfast nooks are tastefully furnished. A large breakfast bar with wicker style high stools and upgraded staron worksurfaces seperate the living area from a fully equipped kitchen area.
A large tub washing machine and tub dryer can be found in the utility room next to the two car garage.
The master superking bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in shower jacuzzi spa and walk-in closet aswell as his and hers washbasins.
The second queen sized bedroom with ample storeage shares the second bathroom with the third twin bedded bedroom.
A den with TV DVD and tape player can double as the fourth bedroom by setting down the double sofa. All linen and towels are provided
Free local Phonecalls and free internet access can be found at Englewood Library minutes away. There is a selection of beach furniture available for guest use.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
