Overview

Cinnamon Villa is a superbly designed home.Beautifully and very tastefully furnished to a very high standard, our Villa will exceed the expectations of even the most discerning guests.

Lounge
A spacious room that is luxuriously furnished, comprising of a 3 seat settee, with scatter cushions, and a 2 seat settee, one end table with lamps and coffee table. Luxurious carpet. View overlooking the front gardens .An excellent place to entertain or relax.

Dining Room
The dining room is ideal for entertaining on those special occasions, with seating for six people on a large round dining table, chandelier style light, formal surroundings. Luxurious carpet. With a view overlooking the front gardens.

Kitchen/Family Room
Open plan tiled kitchen overlooking the family room. The kitchen has many base and upper cabinets. Corian worktops and breakfast bar with 4 stools and a kitchen table with 4 seats. Integral sink, waste disposal, dishwasher, cooker with a ceramic hob and a microwave oven. Large fridge freezer with an ice maker.
All the utensils and cooking equipment that you would expect are provided to enable you to cook everything from toast to a full Thanksgiving roast.

The Family Room houses the cable TV, DVD/ VCR player, Microsoft Xbox, CD HIFI, and the telephone. It has a 3 seat and 2 seat settee end table and a coffee table.. Sliding doors lead to the lanai and the pool.

Laundry Room
Large top loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and Vacuum Cleaner. Access to double garage. with Table Tennis Table.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom consists of a King-size sleigh bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, large dresser with mirror, clock CD / Radio, TV, Dvd player, telephone and remote control light and ceiling fan. Walk-in wardrobe giving ample space to hang clothes. Large sliding doors overlooking the lanai and pool.
The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower. 2 basins with cabinets under, over sink mirrors with wall lights, hairdryer and a separate toilet for privacy.
Luxurious carpet in the bedroom and tiled in the bathroom.

Double Bedroom
A double bedroom comprising of built in wardrobe, double bed, 2 nightstands and lamps, clock radio, hairdryer ,large dresser with mirror and ceiling fan.

Twin Bedroom
Comprising of built in wardrobe, twin beds nightstand with lamp ,clock radio, hairdryer, large dresser with mirror and ceiling fan.

Family Bathroom
Bathtub with overhead shower, large basin, mirror and WC.

Lanai and Pool Deck
Overlooking a fresh water canal, our lanai and oversize deck area offer the best in Florida living. The 50ft lanai has a dining table, 6 chairs and gas BBQ for dining alfresco. The pool deck is furnished with 6 sun loungers and is home to the 26 ft swimming pool with "baby guard". The pool is electrically heated to ensure all-year round swimming. Pool toys are provided to keep the big kid in you happy.
