Rotonda and it's surrounding areas are one of Florida's best kept secrets. Located 10 minutes from Port Charlotte once voted "Best Small Place" in America. Our villa is within a residential area and backs on to woodland. It is 15 minutes drive to the beach at Englewood.Many local attractions are accessable by car and vary from 10 -60 minutes away. There are 4 Golf courses locally and atrractions in Port Charlotte that will appeal to children. Large shopping centres are wiyhin easy reach.

Amenities & services
Our property is prepared for your arrival by our local manager who is on hand to help should you need it. Towels, bed linen and pool towels are provided. Outdoors there is an extended Lanai with table, chairs and sun loungers. Indoors the level of equipment is of a high standard with tableware for indoor and outdoor use, laundry facilities that include a tumble dryer,and ironing facilities. There is both a formal and informal dining area. Large patio windows fill the villa with light. The main living area has tiled floors and the bedrooms carpeted. Both Master rooms have spa baths. Cable TV is provided in the Master bedrooms as well as the Den which can be used as a fifth bedroom.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
