Palm Villa enjoys a stunning waterfront location on a quiet cul-de-sac on Punta Gorda Isles; an exclusive boating community on Port Charlotte Harbour. With its own private boat dock, ideal for fishing, enjoying the fantastic sunsets, or maybe rent a boat and explore the islands, restaurants, and beaches of Charlotte harbour and nearby Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel, Captiva, and Boca Grande. The heated south-west facing pool enjoys all day sun and great sunsets. Although in a quiet spot, nearby are great restaurants and all the shops you could want, together with numerous golf courses. Punta Gorda Isles has its own small beach a few minutes away, driving a little further will bring you to the gulf beaches of Englewood and Boca grande.
