Overview

This villa comprises 4/5 bedrooms. The two Master en-suite bedrooms have large walk in wardrobes, a spa bath, twin wash basins and separate shower. Both have direct access to the Lanai and pool for those early morning dips. A further bedroom has twin beds, whilst a further bedroom as a double bed and they both share the third family bathroom. A den, containing a double sofa bed can be used as the fifth bedroom with use of the poolside shower room and toilet. This room can also be used a second lounge where you can watch cable TV or a video hired from the local video shop.

All bed linen is provided as are pool towels and house towels. All beds will be ready for you on arrival.

For those of you who would like to cook or prepare a quick lunch, the kitchen is very well equipped. a cooker and microwave, fridge /freezer and a dishwasher. There are two dining areas either side of the kitchen. The dinette has a sliding door to the pool area or a formal dining are for when you want to entertain in style. Poolside plates and cups are provided to avoid breakages around the pool area for your own safety. A laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living area is open plan again with access to the pool via sliding doors. There is a CD player, video player in the den and TV's in the den and Master Bedrooms. Outgoing calls can be made from the phone using locally purchased phone cards.

Outdoors the spacious Lanai has a table, chairs and four sunbeds. The pool is electrically heated (only needed during November - April and the hot tub can be heated at an extra charge.) With child safety in mind there is a semi permanent safety fence around the pool. The whole area is covered by a mesh enclosure.
