Overview
This luxury home has been lovingly created by its owners and they are
happy to share their home with guests. The house has the benefit of two master Bedroom
suites have full en-suites facilities. Bedrooms 3 has the benefit of the family bathroom which is also accessed from the lanai.
The living area is spacious with a formal living/dining room and a
family room with an entertainment centre providing a 32" TV,
DVD/VCR, books, videos and games.
The exceptionally well equipped kitchen is bursting with equipment
which will delight those who prefer to eat at home. Good quality
linens and plenty of them are provided for the use of guests.
There is study off the kitchen which has high speed wireless internet available at this home. There are 2 bikes and of course a choice of no less than 5 golf courses.

Rotonda is a quiet golf community on the Gulf Coast surrounded by a huge nature reserve. The river that encircles Rotonda is not
connected directly to the gulf so is a haven for all sorts of wild life. There are several very attractive golf courses within the
Rotonda community and many others close by.
The house is 15 minutes from the beautiful Manasota Key beaches and even closer to the
marinas from where boats are available to rent. Boca Grande is the island where the US presidents like to play golf and it's only
minutes away. There is every kind of water sport, tennis, fishing, cycling and walking trails and many other activities to partake in locally.
The theme parks of Orlando are within easy reach and Busch Gardens is only an hour away. Sarasota, Venice and Fort Myers are also close by offering some excellent shopping malls, theatres and museums. In Englewood there is a good selection of shops, supermarkets and a library.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
