Newly Built 2005 - Large Florida Villa - Family Holiday House



This large two storey rental house situated in Windwood Bay, Nr Orlando, Florida was newly built in 2005 and can sleep 8-10 people. Within the Villa there are 2 master suites each with a TV, en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, the two other bedrooms are both twin bedded with fitted wardrobes and there is a further family bathroom.



The Villa living accommodation comprises one area which contains a double sofa-bed, another sofa and the formal dining area. The family area contains a large "L" shaped seating area, another dining table and chairs and a Cable TV and DVD system.



The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with a large cooker, US fridge/freezer with ice machine, built in microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar.



Situated on the popular Windwood Bay development in Davenport, Nr Orlando, Florida, the house lies just 5 minutes from Interstate 4 and only 15 minutes from Disney World and 4 minutes from various Golf courses.

Windwood Bay is located on Ronald Reagan Parkway (formerly CR 54), just 5 minutes from Interstate 4 (I-4). Local amenities less than 5 minutes away include a supermarket, drugstore (pharmacy), pizzeria, Chinese takeaway, Subway sandwich bar, video rentals and a hair salon. Across the road is a petrol station.



Champions Gate Golf Resort is 4 minutes from the house with courses designed by Greg Norman, while Reunion Resort, with courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and one opening in 2006 by Jack Nicklaus, is only 8 minutes away.



Disney is less than 15 minutes from Windwood Bay. The beaches on the Gulf Coast can be reached within an hour, as can the Kennedy Space Center on the Atlantic Coast.



Orlando International Airport is 35 minutes away, Sanford Airport is about 50 minutes.
