Overview

This is a 4 bedroom,3 bathroom florida villa with a private screened pool and spa situated in the lovely resort community of Viscay.It is a peaceful location with the advantage of being located just off highway 27 just past the I4 intersection which is also a short drive to the 192 with all its restaurants and facilities...Disney is a ten minute drive away.It offers easy access to the gulf coast (75miles) and the Atlantic coast (65miles)
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with a double garage and ample car parking.There is cable access T.V. upgraded to the Fox soccer channel for live premiership football.There are T.V. inboth lounges and all the bedrooms and there is also VCR,DVD,stereo system and PS2.
The pool is fully screened and can be heated for an extra £75.00 p,w. although this is only needed in the winter months.
The villa has been furnished to a high standard and includes everthing we could think of to make it an ideal base for ourselves and relatives.
