As you enter our villa we have a large living room to relax in. Beautifully furnished with a 3 seater sleeper sofa with matching 2 seater and comfortable recliner chair. A great place to chill out in after a hard days play!

The dining area is located beside the living room and is furnished with a truly fabulous and exquisite dining table (for your very own banquet) plus 6 comfortable chairs, fine accessories and a chandelier style light to add to the luxury and ambience.

At the back of the house we have our family room; this looks out onto the deck with the pool and spa - it has a large window and double sliding alarmed patio door. It is tastefully furnished with 2 three seater sofas and coffee and end tables etc.
A large cable TV and DVD system in the entertainment unit is ready for your viewing pleasure and there is a ceiling fan to cool you down in addition to the the air conditioning!

Step outside from the family room on to the fully screened extended deck that surrounds the sparkling clear pool and bubbling refreshing spa. Take time out to enjoy and soak in the Florida sunshine as you rest in the luxury deck loungers and chairs. There is also a covered lanai where you can enjoy alfresco dining or even a drink or two during the early evening.

The pool has a removable safety fence for extra protection for infants should you need it. Pool and coach lights add to the atmosphere in the evening when you are relaxing and swimming in our 28ft by 14ft designer pool.

Our fully fitted deluxe kitchen has everything you could ever need. All quality kitchenware is provided. Dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. Sink with waste disposal and vegetable spray. We also have a breakfast bar and tall stools for those quick drinks and snacks. So if you choose to cook on holiday our kitchen is a chefs delight! The Nook is a more casual dining area for a sunny breakfast or light meal looking out onto the pool area.

The master suite has a US sized queen bed with matching nightstands and dresser with mirror. We also have a lovely armoire with cable TV. A large walk in closet with wall safe provides yet more space for clothes and luggage.

The en-suite has large walk in shower, separate large bath tub, his and her sinks etc. A lovely place to pamper yourself
after a hard day at the parks or golf course!
And not forgetting .... we have 2 twin bedrooms with luxury fittings and furniture and all bedrooms have built in wardrobes to provide extra space. There is a 3rd family bathroom as well as a the 2nd master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. We also have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and all those other items necessary for your convenience when on vacation!
