Overview

This by far one of the largest rental homes in the Disney World area. An abundant use of earth tones and relaxing muted colors make this home pleasant. Lots of solid white oak furniture. A true executive home for those desiring more then just a normal house. There is over 2700 square feet of living space.

The formal living room and dining room are next to each other and the living room has an elegant couch (sleeper sofa which can accommodate 2 further children if required), lounge chair and loveseat. The family room includes a cable television, VCR and stereo. The fully fitted kitchen has everything you could need, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. There is a generous supply of dishes and utensils for a family of fourteen. Also on the ground floor is the first Master Bedroom with king size bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom with oval bath and glass shower and a large walk-in closet. Bedroom two has twin beds and its own full bathroom. Bedroom three also has twin beds and is located at the front of the villa.

Upstairs is a second Master Bedroom with a queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom, a fifth further bedroom with king size bed, cable television and VCR and another bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom which is shared with bedroom five through separate doors.

The pool is south west facing and can be electrically heated for winter comfort (at additional cost). There is also a lovely lanai porch with lounge furniture and a family size spa.

A large play area behind the house is perfect for children to play games yet still be easily supervised by adults relaxing in the pool area.

Pool heating is highly recommended between November and May. The heating maintains a temperature of around 82 degrees and must be requested before you travel but paid for locally. Please ask us for details.

Location & area

Located down the boulevard from Formosa Garden Estate this neighbourhood is one of the most desired locations next to Disney World Resort. In fact, on any given evening the fireworks from Epcot can be heard and often seen in the distance. The entire neighbourhood is surrounded by a perimeter wall to the west, the new Palms Golf and Country Club to the south and hundreds of acres of rolling hills full of orange orchards. You are less then half a mile's walk down Formosa Blvd. to the Splendid China Mall. There you will find world-class restaurants, a variety of shops and a 24-hour per day grocery store. The botanical gardens of Splendid China are next door. There you can enjoy a great family dinner show in Chinatown or just browse the variety of souvenir shops. For a modest fee you can tour this park that allows you to experience the Chinese culture and its great diversity for the day. Rolling Hills Estate features large executive homes for discriminating guests wanting more then just a normal vacation home.
