Overview

A fabulous vacation home only minutes to Disney, this villa is in the perfect holiday location. Rolling Hills is part of the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estates, and are one of the nearest to Walt Disney World.

Pooh's Playhouse is in a quiet and peaceful location where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, and yet in minutes you can sample everything that has made Florida the holiday and vacation center of the world.

We are not the cheapest but we are one of the nearest! Staying at a location such as ours cuts down the time you spend in your car and gives you more time chilling out with the mouse! You can also come back at lunch for a rest and a swim in the pool -and return in time re-charged for the evening.

Alternatively you may like to visit the surrounding areas and get away from the hussle and bustle of the theme parks. Within a few minutes drive you can be out in the country heading for places such as Mount Dora with it's unique charm and fabulous lakeside panoramic views.

Pooh's Playhouse offers 2 luxurious master suites with many extras - king size beds, 2 twin rooms, both newly re-vamped, one with a Winnie the Pooh theme plus a 3rd bathroom, plus much more.
Games area to entertain the teenagers or the young at heart! PS2 + games and DVDs with movies. And of course some toys, board games and books.

A private south-facing screened lanai and pool ensures the best of the sun whatever the time of year and overlooks a pine copse, plus we have planted shrubs down the side of the pool - giving greater privacy. There is also a trellis to support the plumbago plants. Bask in the sun and watch the butterflies and dragonflies flitting from the flowers on our shrubs, and see the occasional hawk hovering in the sky, and listen to the rustle of the sand pines.

In case you need to contact your home or office we provide a home office with high-speed internet connection, full computer & printer and WI-FI for laptops. We also offer free international and long distance calls. We run a business ourselves and understand sometimes you need to touch base even when on vacation.

Established as one of the premiere locations for the Orlando area, it is a small, friendly community with only 292 villas on it. Rolling Hills is only a few minutes from Disney, 10/15 to Sea World, 15/20 to Universal and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.



Restaurants (Outback, Red Lobster,Carrabbas, Giordano's, Taco Bells) and Supermarket (Winn-Dixie) and a medical center are located 1 Mile from the home.
