Overview

Welcome to Mayflower Villa - everything has been designed with your comfort in mind! Only 8 miles from WaltDisneyWorld and we even tell you the shortcut!This dream home is on Orange Tree, a prestigious community of executive villas located off Highway 27 North, just north of the junction with Highway 192 West. It is easy to find and to access with no difficult turns. This resort community has a 5 acre park, a children's playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a football field. The first impression of the villa is one of spaciousness. Although the accommodation is all on one floor, the ceilings are really high with unusual angles and varied heights making the villa very light and airy. The size of this home makes it ideal for larger parties such as 2 families and grandparents. We upgraded the furniture and increased the size of the pool and the area around it to ensure there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and soak up the Florida sunshine!

There are 5 bedrooms (3 Master suites) and 4 bathrooms

Master Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, a dresser, a clock/ radio and an en suite bathroom with 2 wash basins, a large walk-in shower, a huge oval bath, a toilet, ionic hairdryer,hair curlers, hotbrush and ceramic hair straighteners. Walk through the bathroom to the separate walk-in closet with safe or turn right and jump into your own pool!

Master Bedroom 2 also has a King-size bed, a dresser, a TV, a VCR, plenty of wardrobes and a lovely en suite bathroom with single wash basin, bath, shower and toilet and direct access to the private pool and spa

Master Bedroom 3 is a bright and sunny bedroom at the front of the house. It has a Queen-size bed, a dresser, wardrobes and a TV. The bathroom adjacent to this bedroom has a single wash basin, bath, shower and toilet

Bedroom 4 is a Twin room with a Disney theme for children of all ages. This bedroom has Minnie and Mickey cushions, a Mickey Mouse light and an amazing Mickey Mouse T.V. (Mickey pops up every time you change channel!)

Bedroom 5 is a Twin room again with a Disney theme but this time based on Winnie the Pooh. This room also has a T.V.

Bedroom 4 and 5 share Bathroom 4 which is situated between the two rooms and has a wash basin, a toilet, a shower and a bath


The Kitchen has everything you could wish for to enjoy your stay. There is an electric kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer (complete with ice-maker) and the all important corkscrew!! There is a table with seating for 4


The Living Room is very large, light and spacious and has 3 very comfy sofas (one is a Queen-size sleeper sofa), an IPOD docking system, stereo, large TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and overlooks the pool and spa. The Dining area is a formal area and comfortably seats 6 people

The Games Room is a great place to chill out with an AIR HOCKEY TABLE, a slate bed Oak POOL TABLE, seating and ceiling fan, and a large Cable TV with a PLAYSTATION 2 console complete with a selection of PS2 games, toys, tennis racquets ...
