This luxury Vacation Home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, living room, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen and screened in heated pool. This home is a perfect retreat for the entire family with the ability to sleep up to 12 people. Relax by your private screened-in heated pool at your home away from home. There is an outdoor grill for your use as well as chaise lounges for you to use.Oversized SOUTH FACING POOL, SPA and POOL DECK with stunning LAKE VIEWS, pool and spa have underwater lighting. Upgraded poolside furniture with table, chairs, parasol, reclining chairs, side tables with lights, sun loungers, large lanai with ceiling fan, great for alfresco dining. There is a safety fence next to the pool and spa for the safety of young children (this can be removed). Our pool deck is large and with the safety fence in place, young children can play safely in the shade. For additional child safety, all doors leading to the pool and spa area are alarmed.Master Bedroom has SOUTH FACING BALCONY with LAKE VIEWS, an imposing 6ft bed, wall mounted 22” TV, Digital Cable, DVD player and HI FI System. Luxurious en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower enclosure, roman bath, his 'n hers walk-in closets and wash basins.The lounge with ceiling fan and 3 comfortable settees, Digital cable TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player and Video player enable you to relax and unwind.
