Overview

Our private owned villa was built in August 2005 and has been tastefully decorated to appeal to a wide range of guests. The kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as a full size dining table and chairs. The separate utility room has a large washer/dryer and plenty of home comforts such as pool towels and other such essentials. All the bedrooms are double size and come with either a kingsize, queensize or twin single beds. Two of the bedrooms have luxury ensuite bathrooms with the other bedrooms sharing a large family bathroom. Every room has a tv/dvd/video and all linen and towels included. Downstairs there is a full size pool table with leather seating area for those lazy evenings whilst the pool and spa are fully equipped with loungers, tables, chairs and of course an all important child safety fence. With only 10 minutes drive from Disney through a crafty back route which is very straight forward you won't be wasting your precious holiday time stuck in traffic. Our professionally furnished two story, 2,800 sq.ft home, is located in 'Sunrise Lakes', only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all the other major Orlando attractions.


On the lower floor there is a Formal Sitting Area with a professional slate bed pool table, a Family Area with Big Screen Cable TV with DVD/VCR & a CD stereo system, a Dining Area and a fully equipped Kitchen. There is also a Laundry Room with washer & dryer.


On the second floor there are 5 bedrooms: a King Master Suite, a King Bedroom, a Queen Bedroom and 2 Twin Bedrooms all with Cable TV/DVD and there are 2 further Full Bathrooms.


The heated swimming pool & spa have great views over a lake and there is a covered lania for those guests that like a bit of shade.


Within Sunrise Lakes there is a community swimming pool, a small Cabana and a childrens playground
