Overview

Lazy Bones Villa is a single level house located on a corner lot in the Lindfields Estates development,just four miles from Disney. It has a private 30'x 18'pool inside a screen enclosure and a large garden.

The master suite has a US king-size bed and ensuite bath w/garden tub and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a US queen-size bed with its own separate bathroom w/tub and overhead shower.

The third bedroom, Princess theme, has two twin beds and its own Princess television. The fourth bedroom, Mickey Mouse theme, has two twin beds and its own television. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom located between them.

The house also has two sitting areas. One with a 60" TV, games console, an office/ computer work station w/FREE HSI. It also has a formal dining room, full kitchen w/bar and dining table, extended deck w/sun loungers, double garage w/automatic door opener, unlimited local & toll-free calls, floor safe and more!

The villa is ideal from which to experience all attraction of central Florida. Disney World is a 10 minute drive; Sea World, 20 minutes; and Univeral Studios, 25 minutes. It is a 45-60 minute drive to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, Kennedy Space Center, the Gulf of Mexico, and a multitude of attractions in between.

There are many championship golf courses located from five to 20 miles of the villa.
The area is a shopper's paradise. Whether it be mall shopping, flea market shopping, thrift stores, or super centers, there are shopping opportunities galore.Everyone is welcome at the lazy bones villa!
