Overview

Brand new 3 bedroom luxury condo-hotel suite, located in the heart of the Orlando tourist district on International Drive, close 2 mi. drive to Disney, Sea World, or Convention Center, and 5 mi. to Universal Studios. The Premium Outlet Mall, is just 2 blocks away, with 110 shops. The I-Drive trolley stops out front, and a free courtesy shuttle is also provided to all major attractions. The 22,000 square foot Welcome Center includes a marketplace, game room, business center, concierge, toddler play area, gymnasium, meeting rooms, & more! This Resort features a superb pool area, with water jet playscape fountains, beach, hot tub, wading area, and pool-side bar & grill. The luxuriously furnished 3-Bedroom condominium is a large 1400 square feet, and includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room with large plasma TV with DVD/VCR player, and private outdoor balcony. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed with TV, a private bath with walk-in shower, granite counters, and jacuzzi-tub. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two double beds, each with their own TV. A walk-in shower is included in the guest bath along with double sinks. The living room contains a queen sized pull-out sleeper sofa. Linens are included, and a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron is also contained inside the unit.
