Overview

Our luxury 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa has all you will need to make your holiday the best. The 2 master bedrooms are both en-suite and have direct access to the pool area, which is not overlooked. They both have king size beds for your extra comfort. The 2 twin bedrooms are delightfully decorated, one is a themed room for the younger guests, and share the seperate bathroom. We also provide a free cot, booster seat & stroller.
The pool & spa are both heated (optional) and the decking is extended so there is access all around the pool, with luxury poolside furniture as an added bonus for comfort while soaking up the sun.
We have a super games room with a pool table, foosball & air hockey, and a PS2 games station.
All facilities are available within the villa including a giant fridge/freezer with ice maker, washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker & microwave, & air conditioning.
Cable TV & a computer with broadband are provided, and there are TV's/DVD's in all bedrooms. We also provide a free phone card for your calls home.
Just 5 mins away are a giant Walmart, loads of restaurants, a Winn Dixie supermarket and Walgreens Pharmacy for your convenience.
We are within a gated community which has a natural lake within it's boundaries where you can enjoy bass fishing, and we are situated within easy access to all the major roads, US27, 192 & I4.
Located just 15 mins from Disney and 30 mins from Universal Studios & the lovely Shamu at Seaworld. Only 60 mins from Kennedy Space Centre & Cocoa Beach to the East & 60 mins from Tampa in the West.
For the golfers out there Champions Gate, Southern Dunes & Ridgewood Lakes golf courses are close by.
