Overview

Three reasons why this brand new luxury lakefront condo is your best choice are: location, lakefront, and convenience. The condo is close to major attractions, that is, only 9/10 mile to Disney(FREE Shuttle), 3.5 miles to SeaWorld, 2.5 miles to Orange County Convention Center, 7 miles to Universal Studios, and close to Premium Outlet Mall, Dixie Stampede, restaurants, and Gatorland. There is 900 feet of lake frontage. Four-hundred (400) Acre Lake Bryan offers water-sports, including jet-skis, power boats, swimming, fishing, and water-skiing. Three freshwater pools are free-form and heated, with children's pools adjacent to main pool, lake boat dock, and lake front tiki huts. The resort is next to a grocery store, Walgreens and restaurants. A miniature golf course is just outside the building. This is a one bedroom unit, with bunk area that sleeps up to six people, with free wireless internet access(for this unit only), televisions, DVD player, and AM/FM/CD Player. Other features include a full kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and double sink with disposal, full-size washer and dryer, granite countertops throughout and tile floors in main living areas, carpet in the bedrooms, nine foot ceilings throughout the unit, with ceiling fans in the living room and the bedroom, and a whirlpool tub in the Master Bath.
