January through April 30, 2008 $3500 /month
May through October 31, 2008 $1800/month
November through December 31, 2008 $2500/month

Florida Tax 10%

Jan.-April 3 month minimum
All other months, there is a 1 month minimum rental.

Renter must pay for cleaning at end of stay. This is $150.
$500 security deposit refundable with 30 days of end of stay.
Booking Deposit of 20% due at time of Booking, balance due 45 day's
before arrival.
